Cookies n’ Cream Blondies

Someone recently asked me what I typically do to relieve stress. Without a
doubt, my answer was baking. I find it to be very therapeutic. No matter what stress I have going on in my life, I can always use baking a way to bring a sense of balance back in. Do you find it therapeutic too?

If you’re needing some stress-relieving baking, look no further! I have a brand new blondie recipe that is going to make you swoon. They have a fun cookies n’ cream twist, which makes them perfectly creamy, sweet, and chocolaty! Enjoy!

 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt in medium bowl. Set aside.-170

Beat the butter and sugars together until light and fluffy.

Mix in the pudding mix.

Beat in eggs and vanilla.

In a separate bowl, stir the flour, salt, and baking soda together.

Gradually add to wet mixture until combined. Stir in chopped Oreos and candy bars.

Press into lined 9×13 inch baking sheet at bake at 350 for 20-22 minutes.

Allow them to cool completely in pan.

Once bars have bars have cooled, melt the candy coating and serve. Top with sprinkles. Then cut into bars and serve.
