White Chocolate Candy Cane Fudge

Do you ever find yourself piling your Target basket full of random things in seasonal section, even though you swore you would only buy the three unrelated items on your list? I feel like we’ve all done it! Target does such a good job of merchandising that it literally makes it impossible to leave the store with only one thing.

I am always one take quick stroll through the seasonal section, because they always have some adorable holiday plates, sprinkles, baking mixes, and of course candy. You pretty much find everything you need to make your food fun and festive.

Quite a few things that I used in this recipe actually came from Target’s seasonal section. The candy cane crunch and drink stirrers gave a nice touch, and save me quite a bit of time. If you are in need of some holiday baking inspiration, I suggest taking a glance in Target’s seasonal section. I gaurentee you will not leave with an empty basket.

Now, about this candy! It is a creamy minty no-bake fudge. The recipe is based on my usual fudge recipe. It is given some festive flair with the use of white chocolate pudding, candy cane crunch, and peppermint oil. It travels incredibly well, meaning it makes a great food gift. And it is so easy and fast, you’ll be able to get right back your holiday shopping!
